Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Gupi Mobile services, including our SIM-only mobile plans, web portal, and mobile application (collectively, "the Service"). Please read them carefully. By activating a SIM or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

Gupi Mobile is operated by Gupi Mobile Ltd.

1. Our Services

Gupi Mobile provides SIM-only mobile telecommunications services in the United Kingdom, powered by a licensed UK mobile network. Services include voice calls, SMS, and mobile data on rolling 30-day plans. We do not supply handsets.

2. Eligibility

You must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident to subscribe to Gupi Mobile services. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Plans and Billing

All plans are rolling 30-day. Payment is charged on the date your plan activates or renews. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT. We will give you at least 30 days notice of any price changes.

If auto-renewal is enabled and a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 3 days. If all retries fail, your plan will expire and service will be suspended until a new plan is purchased.

5. SIM Cards

SIM cards remain the property of Gupi Mobile. You must not modify, tamper with, or transfer your SIM to another person without our consent. Lost or stolen SIMs must be reported immediately.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use our Service for unlawful purposes, to send spam or abusive messages, to generate artificial network traffic, or in any way that degrades service for other customers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy.

Plans advertised as "Unlimited" are subject to a fair use threshold of 600GB per 30-day period at full speed. Usage above this threshold may be subject to speed management during periods of network congestion.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your plan at any time by toggling off auto-renewal in the app or web portal. Your service will continue until the end of the current 30-day period. No partial refunds are given for unused days.

You have a 14-day right to cancel (cooling-off period) from the date of purchase. If you have already activated and used your SIM during this period, we may deduct a reasonable amount for services already provided.

8. Number Porting

You may port your existing UK mobile number to Gupi Mobile using a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code). Porting typically completes within 1 working day. During porting your existing service will cease before the Gupi number activates; brief service interruption is normal.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gupi Mobile's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by third parties (including our network partner).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case local courts will have jurisdiction.
