Common questions
How much can I earn?
You earn 25% of your friend's first purchase as wallet credit. For example, if they buy a £20 plan, you receive £5.00. You can refer up to 5 friends.
When do I get my credit?
Credit is added to your Gupi wallet automatically once your friend's first purchase is activated. You will receive an SMS and email confirmation.
What counts as a successful referral?
Your friend must sign up using your referral code AND make their first purchase: a plan, top-up, or bolt-on. The purchase must be successfully activated.
Can my friend also refer others?
Yes. Every Gupi Mobile customer gets their own referral code and can participate in the programme.
Does wallet credit expire?
Wallet credit does not currently expire. It can be used towards any plan, top-up, or bolt-on purchase.
Can existing customers refer me?
Yes! Any active Gupi Mobile customer can share their referral code.
